Courtney Spracklin
Site Coordinator
Courtney grew up in Billerica and started working in childcare in 2016. Some of her hobbies include reading, arts and crafts and spending time at the beach. Prior to Kidsborough she worked as the lead toddler teacher at Burlington Daycare and Preschool. She then started working in after school programs in 2021 at Lextended Day in Lexington as a group leader. When Lextended Day closed she became a group leader at Kidsborough for two years, later moving up to Assistant site coordinator at Muraco Elementary in Winchester and now she is the new Site Coordinator at Lincoln. She is very excited to be starting the new year helping coordinate the program and is looking forward to gaining more insight.
