2025 Weekly Themes
Week 1: Time Travel Through History
June 23th-27th
Buckle up for the ultimate adventure at Time Traveling Through History! This summer, campers will step into the shoes of explorers, inventors, and warriors as they travel through time to witness and shape some of history’s most iconic moments. From the grandeur of ancient Egypt to the groundbreaking innovations of the Industrial Revolution, and the brilliant creativity of the Renaissance, each day offers a new chapter of discovery. Ready for a journey that combines art, science, and adventure? The time machine is waiting!
Includes a field trip to the Museum of Science!

Week 2: Amazon Rainforest
June 30th-July4th
Rainforest Adventure takes campers deep into the heart of the Amazon, where they’ll explore the wonders of nature, wildlife, and conservation. Through jungle-themed games, eco-friendly activities and a trip to the Boston Aquarium, campers will learn about the diverse ecosystem, animals, and plants of the rainforest. Get ready for a wild, hands-on adventure in one of the world’s most amazing environments!
Includes a field trip to The New England Aquarium!

Week 3: The Mesozoic Eras Tour
July 7th-11th
Dive into Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous periods with a focus on some of the animals and plants that were alive at those times. This week provides us with a rich pool of science activities as well as a fun concept for other types of projects. Examples include: “Clay Fossils,” “Skeleton Reconstruction Challenge,” and “Bugs in Amber.”
Includes a field trip to The Harvard Museum of Natural History!

Week 4: No Place Like New England

Week 5: Spy/Ninja
July 21nd-25th
Spy Kids Week is an action-packed week where campers train to become secret agents and stealthy ninjas! From decoding secret messages to mastering ninja agility courses, campers will develop their spy skills, teamwork, and quick thinking. Get ready for thrilling missions, hidden challenges, and a summer full of undercover fun and adventure!

Week 6: Winter in July
July 28th-August 1st
Winter in July is a unique and frosty experience where campers get to enjoy all the fun of winter activities, even in the heat of summer! From snowball fights with fake snow to sledding down the “snowy hills” of Breezy Picnic Ground’s waterslides, campers will stay cool with winter-themed games, crafts, and challenges. Embrace the magic of winter while soaking up the summer sun at this one-of-a-kind camp!

Week 7: Neon Glow
August 4th-8th
Ready, Set, GLOW! Join us as we explore art and science with everything that lights up, shines, and sparkles! From the different kinds of light to how light works to glow paints and glow sticks, we’ll explore the whole spectrum of what light is and what it can do!

Week 8:Carnival/Circus
August 11th-15th
Step right up to the Kidsborough Karnival, where the fun, thrills, and excitement of a classic carnival come alive in the heart of summer! Get ready for a week packed with colorful games, whimsical performances, and unforgettable adventures. This year, we’re bringing the carnival to our summer camp with a celebration of creativity, teamwork, and fun with all of the Kidsborough sites, that will leave you smiling from ear to ear!

Kamp Kosmos is an out-of-this-world adventure where campers blast off into the mysteries of space! From exploring constellations to creating galaxy-themed crafts, campers will embark on cosmic missions, stargazing, and learning about planets, stars, and the universe. Get ready for an intergalactic journey filled with fun, discovery, and adventure among the stars!
